I remember loving this years ago. Aged this bottle for 8 years. 2012 bottle cap date. Nose with dried fruits, some citrus, bread. Palate is just stunning. Viscous with raisins, dates, caramel, toasted/burnt walnuts, and an underlying acidity that really keeps this in balance. Outstanding. One of the best aged beers I’ve ever had.
