On the nose, nice ripe floral fruits of; black plum, blackberries, dark cherries, creamy raspberries, plum, rich dark soil, soft minerals, limestone, touch of black licorice and very dark, fresh and withering florals.
The body is medium and juicy. The fruits ripe & bright; blackberries, black raspberries, black plum, dark cherries with just a small hint of strawberries. Dark rich soil, soft volcanic minerals, black licorice, used leather, limestone, crushed dry rock, raspberry cola and dark, fresh, red florals with violets. Acidity is beautiful. The finish is lighter but busting with fruit and florals. Great balance and two minute finish.

2016 - Luscious, crime de cassis, blueberry bouquet; fruit forward and full bodied; white/green pepper, long finish; great with corned beef on St. Paddy’s day.
