Sunday bubble with the missus. Zero dosage, harvested 2012, 80% Pinot Noir, 20% Chardonnay. Golden yellow in the glass, shy smell upon opening with saline component. After 10 minutes the nose opened up with chamomile. Palate consistent with the nose, fine bubbles, with brioche, nutty, saline, oxidative chalk flavors. Beautiful stuff!
