Cuvée l'Apôtre Blanc de Blancs Premier Cru Champagne

This is gorgeous. Kicked the rating up a notch after tasting on day two. Rich, vinous, old-school minded with its oxidative upbringing. Apparently a cool site with his oldest vines, this has tremendous grace give the ripeness of the vintage.

So dank. What a nose. Very yeasty. Bready. It’s so so so elegant. Ripe but also incredibly seamless. Wow. Stunning.

Great BdB, fresh, citric, some white fruits

Nervy, lots of structure. Not much fruit. Shows terroir particularly next to bereche selectionnes.

Exzellent, erinnnert an clos des goisses von philipponat.
