Walla Walla, WA wine! Simple silvery golden color. Aroma is not very strong. Cut grass and ice cubes. Maybe a grapefruit mineral water? Flavors are nice. Granny Smith apples. Meyer lemons. Something earthy and herbal. Reminds me of clay perhaps. Plenty of tannins. Balanced. Dry. Enjoyable.

Aroma jumps out plenty of strange melon, lemon, cat smells. Maybe an allium or some funky herb. Hint of pool toys. Flavors are strange as well. Plenty tart (NZ style), limes and tonics, little cucumber skin or dill, fennel, marjoram herb too. Also pools. The water and the liners. This is complex and fun strange Sauv Blanc. & it goes with fish cooked with fennel, garlic and lemon very nicely.
