Clos Sorbè Morey St. Denis 1er Cru Pinot Noir

Really enjoyed this! Pure silky with a lot of complexity. First got pine on the nose, dust, blackberry, cherry and perfumey floral notes. Easy to drink.. deliciousness!

Very reticent on the nose even after 1.5 hours in a decanter
It gives a nice fruit in the end, a cherry, lavander, tobacco, cola, iron, watermelon skin and just one more little bit a the time every five minutes. Altogether quite complex and enjoyable nose. The mouth is better, little tannic at the end, but also fresh and long flavour
The colour says still a little purple in the edges🤷🏻‍♂️
A wine that will probably find its peak in 8/10 years at least , but that can quite easily last another 20

Gorgeous and focused

Don't have a lot of opportunities to taste this bottling. Great purity. True to vintage and place. A light-handed MSD.

Cherry clafoutis nose. Chemical strawberry rhubarb and earthy in the mouth. Soft but plentiful tannic finish.

I hour plus decant is essential.

Vila. Tast Morey-Saint-Denis. 76,50.

Excellent MSD. Earthy, vibrant, good finish

Nez incroyable, on y resterait des heures. En bouche c’est un jeunot, il y a encore de l’acidité, un beau fruit, belle matière. Bref, il se met en place tout doucement, patience

Bu après le nuit , même année pour comparer (au mieux j avais pas de nuits de David ) belle matière , vin plus ouvert mais pas plus profond , par contre on est clairement sur le fruit
