Like a bear cub sauntering into a sex party. Big, bold, thick and juicy swag that is gonna age well. 🤷🏾‍♂️

A super Tuscan from Napa? Bright cherries with good acidity sit on top of a core of cassis, tobacco, and rich chocolate. Bold and structured, fans of italian and California reds should be happy with this one.

A Napa Valley Super Tuscan. Sangiovese, Merlot, Cab, and Cab Franc? Ok. Deep, deep ruby with vibrant violet undertones. A huge, jammy nose of black pepper, plums, and new leather. I’ve never ever had a Napa Sangiovese that I could even pretend to enjoy. The addition of the Bordeaux varietals actually compliment the Italian quite well. Full bodied and more rustic than I was expecting, this held up well over the span of a few hours with the tannins becoming more polished and the acidity settles. The palate is fun and focused with red cherries, wild strawberries, and oak. Some pomegranate and vanilla show up for the party too. This could have been a big miss but instead it’s well crafted and enjoyable.
