Feel exactly as the other note on this wine... Pure apples, rushing effervescence, very much on the cider end of things. I guess this is what gives natural wine the whole "it all tastes like cider" slur, but sod those guys because cider is nice too.

Love this Petnat style. Not for everyone. Reminds me of a Basque Sidra. Concentrated fruit salty refreshing crisp. Great as an aperitif
