60% Grenache with the remainder made up of Syrah, Carignan and Cinsault. Like a baby Chateauneuf du Pape. Really opens up with an hour or so in the carafe. Full bodied. Gamey red meat is an easy pairing. The last glass seriously smelt like the burnt bits of BBQ sauce leftover on the grill... Amazing.

Light BBQ and smokey notes. Solid QPR here, worth a quick decant perhaps. Strong fruit and structure.
