Very lovely rose, lots of citrus and strawberries, bone dry or close to it , medium body, great juicy acidity. Good accompaniment for pork chops & porgy and bess

Probably because of the restaurant not storing properly, but it's a little flat to me. Not as vibrant, and spicy food pairing, as I'd hoped for.
