Jan 19th, 2017A multi-parish blend of Garnacha Tintorera, Mencía, Mouraton, Gran Negro, Maranzao, and a few others not identified. Fermented and raised in 2nd use French 225L & 500L barrels for 10-11 months. 3041 bottles for this first vintage.
Bright fruit, vibrant acidity, silky tannins and underlying minerality. This is bistro wine - roast chicken, suckling pig, Guinea hen.
