Fantastic! Such a light, fleeting carbonation that makes you quickly savour the rich, nuanced taste. So much aromas gained by way of bottle fermentation (which it must be in some way, right?). Autolytics and spice I haven’t found in a sake before.
This is by far the best sparkling sake I’ve tried
