Nice and velvety. Longer finish than most viognier probably due to the oak or those only being in stainless steel. Has complex flavors. Is in between light to medium body. The late finish acidity goes away over time and when left to breath. Great with fish especially salmon or oily fish. Hints of olive oil in flavor and finish.
