Paso Robles Sauvignon Blanc

Bouquet of citrus and honey. Tart lemons and honey upfront with minerals and salinity on the back.

Lemon/lime flavors.

Great SB with balanced acidity and sweetness. I still prefer SBs from New Zealand but this one had nice tropical fruit, pear and grapefruit flavors.

Daou tasting starter wine. Crisp and refreshing on a very hot day

Perfect with spinach artichoke lasagna

I really liked this one, a little more of an earthy taste than a typical Sauvignon Blanc..👍👍

Smelled notes of flowers. This would taste wonderful with a ceviche.

Familiar with their rosé now very familiar with their Sav Blanc. #crisp
