Delicious rose from Paso Robles. This is by far the best rose outside of Provence I have ever had. And to prove a point, my daughters absolutely love it too.

Refreshing, light, crisp with notable berry and stone fruit character. Mildly sweet with a drying character in the body, but not in the finish.

A cute light peach color housed in a stunning bottle. Strawberries, peaches, and apricot on the fruit dominated nose. Those are the highlights. Dry, with too much acid, it’s a bit out of whack for me. The balance isn’t quite there for me, but the flabbiness is. Heftier than a lot of it’s Provençal counterparts, it’s not light and willowy and filled with sunshine. The palate closely follows the nose with notes of honey, peaches, and red fruits. This is not a bad rosé. It’s just boring and uninspired. Plenty of people will absolutely adore it but I wanted a little more. Needed more.

Beautiful - as it warms to room temp it is becoming more and more complex. Bumping up my initial rating.
