Feb 15th, 2022Trying the ‘18 vintage with high expectations based on the ‘17. This Malbec is just as great. Elegant, mellow tannins, absolutely beautiful nose. Layers of black cherry and cassis. Delicious! Merry Christmas. 🎄

Dec 25th, 2020Fantastic estate Malbec. First Daou Malbec for me, and probably first Paso Malbec as well. Good structure and minerals, beautiful layers of red fruit, with more and more cassis notes as the wine opens up. Velvety and long finish. Impressive! Perfect for Day 22 in quarantine.
