A second bottle has an interesting sharp taste. Downgraded a bit from the initial bottle. Not terrible but needs to open up a bit before it comes to it's potential. strong tannins makes the initial entry a bit unwelcoming, but give it some time it will open up and leave you wanting for more.

Baby Barolo keeps it clean. Nice and light. Perfect to balance spicy food. Still young and will come back to this in a few years
