Our dinner plans took a quick change when we received a call from our very fancy pants restaurant that the wine dinner (La Spinetta) was cancelled because the distributor didn't get them the wines...wtf, really? Our immediate back up was our favorite French bistro with the best comfort food one can ask for, delivered with precision every time, so consistent!
2017 Chablis, just amazing, got the cut strawberry note on the nose all night, then the wet limestone kicks in, great stuff, perfect restaurant bottle, immediately accessible.
