F*ck yeah. Wow. Teeth staining, inky, beefy berry minerality and slightly prickly mouthfeel with an almost Syrah like texture. There's great structure that could benefit from laying down for a long sleep.

PnP. Earthy, rustic, strawberries, and plums on the nose and palate. Best bottle I’ve had of this since Paris over a decade ago! Paired lovely with ham, sweet potatoes, and brussel sprouts.

PnP’d. Maybe needed a decant or is just in a shutdown phase. Medium red color. Bolder and deeper than previous bottles, but very tight and the strawberries and raspberries are very faint.
