Wine notes are pretty accurate - pineapple, pear, green apple with strong minerality. What I like most about it is that it is very crisp in the front palate but it rounds out on the finish. It leaves you with the satisfying fullness of a Cali Chardonnay in the end but starts closer to a Sav Blanc/Chablis/something like that.
