Beautiful color and nose! Smell raisins and apricots, some flowers there as well. Excellent balance of sugars and acidity, great on it own, spectacular with petrale sole.

Found this little gem on the menu at Del Cambio in Torino. A tad grippy, the only thing I remember about this wine was that it was the perrrrfect palate refresher for the tajarin al burro e tartufo bianco.
