Golden. Aged for 10 years and it was worth it. I’ve never had any wine that goes this much well with authentic Japanese cuisine as this bottle. I often regret having wine with Japanese foods as sake always outperforms in terms of food pairing, but this wine with this aging is indeed exceptional.
