This is a big red wine from Israel. Showing black fruits, light vegetables, chocolates mocha, carmel and tobacco.

Full bodied with big tannins and a tangy finish.

This Petite Sirah could use a year or two in the bottle to mature.

Needs an hour to open up properly.

Aged for 12 months in oak barrels.

14.5% alcohol by volume.

Fruit and spice on the nose. Oak and spices and some acidity on the mouth. Medium finish. Quite enjoyable.
