Vintage 2012 - combination of local grape xinomavro and well known merlot. The smell gives flint and minerals. Slightly bitter in initial taste, almonds and a bit stubborn. I prefer this wine with diner.

Another great wine we brought back from Greece this year. I would definitely age this a few more years. Dry. Earthy. Paired will with short ribs and potatoes.
