Moulds Family Vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon

One of my new favorite wines. Supple, naturally expressive with purity and an outstanding level of restraint with an approachable drinkability.

Mint, kirsch, bay leaf, balsamic notes, made with Pritchard Hill fruit.

Delicious Napa cab! Love this juice.

Even better than the 2010. Just love this juice.

Big mouthfeel, good long finish (holding the fruit).

This was the 2009 vintage and it was rindunkulous!

Amazing structure and tannins. This will be good for 20 more years and get better with time.

Dark fruit flavors with some nice floral notes on the nose. Still young but totally drinkable now.

Magnum

Deep garnet in color. Beautiful nose of blue fruit and baking spices. Blue and black fruit on the pallet with a hint of licorice and minerality. This is a wine that currently is a great wine but will continue to mature for at least the next decade. It is beautifully integrated today but the tannins should continue to mellow over the next few years. A fantastic wine from the DS team!
