Red blend, mostly Merlot. Medium body, mild plus tannins, little fruit, with an herbaceous flavor. Light and refreshing, flavor ends quickly. Not bad overall. Tastes like it was made well. 2013 Vintage

Italian Merlot (90%) with the balance Sangiovese? Sure, why not. Those kids play well together in the same sandbox. And while it comes across as seemingly neither Merlot-like nor Sangiovese-like, its big fruit and spice profile make it worth a taste, especially at that price point.

Well blended reflection of the richer side of the Tuscan region. I detect some fruit that’s been intensified by drying the grapes in the sun before pressing. A Last Bottle $14 selection... have it with anything! It’ll hold up against Wínes that have a grander heritage any day.

Eh, not bad, but doesn't stand out either.

Nice value. Drink now, it won't improve much from here. Interesting twist of sandalwood in the flavour profile.

Beautiful at the nose, with ripe fruits like plum, cherry and blueberry. A soft note of grass in the end.
Nice and round to the palate, big and deep with strong but velvety tannins.

Had it with Claus Bonaire 2016.
Like it would buy in the states.

A pleasant surprise. If the price is right, it could be a great buy a case wine.
