On the nose there is strawberry, raspberry, cherry, cinnamon, spice, vanilla and a hint of smokey oak.
On the palate there is strawberry, cherry, raspberry, rhubarb, clove, spice and clean dry earth.
This wine is medium bodied with medium + acidity and medium smooth fine tannins that has a long chery raspberry woodsy finish. This area of southwest Michigan along Lake Michigan and the Indiana boarder seems to be getting better as the years go on.
