Dusty, (over) ripe black cherries, uplifting herbs, a hint of tree bark and a slight whiff of mushroomy undergrowth.
So smooth & polished on the palate. Great flow, precision & energy. Depth, too. Polished yet firm tannins, energetic acidity, pure fruit. This is rich yet restrained, with savoury fruit and great drinkability.
Delicious stuff!

A bit dry but flavorful and delicious. Paired well with steak and (twice-baked) potatoes.
