Rich nose: some oak, some dried cherries. Palate is dominated at first by crisp acidity, then by tannin which pulls at the roof of the mouth. Some spice and green pepper develops over time. Finish is clean and tannic-dry. Nose is my favorite element. But maybe this is meant to go with food? Day 2 is very, very good. Acidity now delicious and balanced with tannins, and palate satisfies what nose promises. Recommend.
