From a single hillside block on the estate, this pinot is harvested at 3 different times based on elevation. Pours a bright and translucent ruby color, initially a muted nose of raspberry and a thin palate showing a light spice and a very creamy finish. Puts on weight over several hours and opens up with a little bit more pronounced profile of the same and the creamy finish remains. There isnt a ton of acidity or much tannin to speak of so my hope is that these will improve a little in the short term.
