Deviled eggs and great with fennel and goat cheese

Crisp, herbal and nervous wine. Hints of iodine, seabreeze, green tea and white flowers.
Seems like a wonderful wine for grilled fish and all kinds of shells, but also did a good job cutting through my homemade carbonara.

Grillo grape, crisp white, similar to Sauvignon Blanc
