Pale ruby. Cherry and strong alcohol nose. Sweet for a Merlot. Cherry and plum notes. Nice body. Low acidity. Higher alcohol. Surprisingly good and drinkable for the price and being a grocery cheapo bottle.

Must agree with Kevin found nothing redeemable in it. I never do expect much out of $2.98 plonk...

$2.98 and it shows. No body and is thin, has a decent nose. A picnic wine or at a tailgate where it won't matter. If this was $3 and in a box it would never see the light of day here.
