A lot going on here. The more I drink these old cuatro Dias bottles the more I'm convinced that small batch handmade wines are a hell of a lot more expressive and it would be nice to see more californian's get rid of the large equipment and get back to the roots. Mad soul here

Nov 20th, 2015Pepper and blaaaaaaacccckkkberries. Deeply extracted sun energy in the glass. A little too intensely sweet for my palette and right next to rostaing's balanced ground this will simply have to wait until i'm ready for dessert. In a dark room with charcuterie, trip hop music, and a few friends to ensure your drunkenness does not take hold...that's the ticket.
