Beautiful example of why cool vintages and Pinot are such a perfect match. Loads of flavor, Dundee earth, spice and still good tannins. Deep aromatics of violets and and that tell tale Gehrts Vineyard earth.

I just read something comparing Pinot noir to polar bears. Both moving north as the planet warms. Interesting. And this wine is very nice!
