A delicious match to our cheese, olives and truffle salami platter 😋 Definitely needed to warm the wine up a bit, I didn't enjoy it as much straight from the fridge.
Crisp yellow in the glass. Super fresh and vibrant nose, a bit of juicy fruit chewing gum, floral perfumes, nectarine, peach with juicy pear. In the mouth it's full of citrus, pears and green apple acidity. Delish!
