2016 tasted 12/2018. Pale yellow. Great nose full of ripe white peaches, honeysuckle, and a subtle hint of minerality. Soft and full mouthfeel, medium to low acid, dry, juicy, and ripe with a little more of that crisp, fresh, minerality carrying through to the finish. The best new world take on Viognier I’ve tasted.

Very pleasant! Nice crisp acidity in the form of underripe pineapple, with a soft bed of flowers on the nose. Can be a bit hot if it gets very cold, so I'd definitely recommend only slightly lower than cellar temperature.
