Soft and full mouthfeel, medium to low acid, dry, juicy, and ripe with a little more of that crisp, fresh, minerality carrying through to the finish. The best new world take on Viognier I’ve tasted.

Dec 2nd, 2018Very pleasant! Nice crisp acidity in the form of underripe pineapple, with a soft bed of flowers on the nose. Can be a bit hot if it gets very cold, so I'd definitely recommend only slightly lower than cellar temperature.
