Visited Cristom for the first time a few weeks ago and loved everything about them. The location is so pretty, the tasting room (and its employees) so unassuming and welcoming, and stunning wines at reasonable price points. One of my new favorite Willamette Valley wineries. This PG is bright, hints of fresh pineapple on the nose, lovely acid and weight.

Smooth white with crisp hints of lemon, apple and white currants. Dry finish but the fruity hints continue. Served chilled. Delicate.
