Drank it with home made scallops w/lemon sauce & prawn linguine. Really lemony, lovely drink.

Sweet, but grape juice-y in a pleasant way. Maybe better with cheese and bread than a meal.

Didn't really deliver for me, expected a little more

Flinty yet smooth with the weight to carry a multitude of dishes. Famously good with lobster and clams but tonight I'm drinking it with a starter of figs prosciutto and Gorgonzola and then a main veal escalope with sage. 😊

Great for sushi

Very sweet, but in a way similar to fresh fruit and not sugar. Slightly bubbly. Really enjoyed it.

Crisp & light with citrus & apple taste. Very good

Delicious white at Via Matta. Not as dry/tart as a sav blanc in a good way.
