Unfiltered, not as intense acids as typical Barbera. Very earthy, a little farmy, prune, tobacco, some wood, wet mushrooms, red berry. From Seventh Avenue Liquors.

割と凝縮感というか甘さのある果実味。インクや丁子のフレーバーに柔らかさというか、丸みのある味わい。
果実味主体のバルベーラだったので、気になって調べるとやはり、モンフェラートだった。なるほど。

　 標高350ｍにあり所有畑は5haと非常に小規模な若手生産者です。
彼らの畑は樹齢60年以上のグリニョリーノとバルべーラの樹があり、完全なビオディナミにより栽培されています。

　このアグリコラーエは、所有する畑の比較的若いバルベーラを使用。
　マセラシオン1ヶ月間、熟成はステンレスタンクで8ヶ月、その後はボトルで最低2ヶ月。

　紫がかった濃いめの外観。ミディアムでしっとりとした明るいワインです。

　チェリーやプラムのような香り。

　口当たりにはフレッシュ感があり、ややスパイシー感のあるタンニン。

　シュッとした味わいながら、甘やかな酸味と円やかな旨み、コクのある味わいも楽しめます。

　「アグリコラーエ」はラテン語で「農民」を意味します。

Very concentrated nose of dark chocolate, brandies cherries, and balsamic. Dark fruit is contrasted by piney wood sap that wraps up with a long silky finish. Excellent value and finesse.
