Light on the nose with a fruity taste of black cherries. Good and inexpensive weekday wine.

Nice jammy berry aroma, and similar notes on the pallet. Tannins are mild so not too acidic. Very smooth and enjoyable, but the tasting notes are not subtle. 12.5% alcohol content, so kiddos to the winemaker for not having to hide imperfections with a higher content. This was the 2018 vintage and my local grocery was charging $4.00. So very impressive at that price.

Candy and nail polish on the nose. Blunt instrument flavors. Not very complex to say the least. Lacks varietal distinction. Blah CA red wine.

It's not the best, but if looking for a cheap bottle, it'll do. Dry but not as exciting as others.

Deep bright purple with clear rim and medium tears wo staining. Soft cherry and subtle wood (chips?). Raging tannins balanced with plum/cherry and dark chocolate sweetness, medium acid, and hidden alcohol. Black pepper? medium smooth finish. Balanced. Not delicious, but certainly drinkable.
