Very pale. From Martinborough. Aromas of Talc and Citrus with slate and mineral chiming in on the palate. A little residual sweetness - only 10% Alc. Great match with fresh boiled baby clams in a mustard sauce.

Loved this! Would be perfect with white fish or shellfish. Wish it had a touch more acidity to go with our spicy Thai dishes but it was still great. Easy to drink on its own too
