Pale lemon color with aromas of citrus and tropical fruit and floral notes. On the palate flavors of grapefruit, green apple and pear fruit flavors with lemongrass and grassy tones, lively acidity. Medium+ finish ending with fruit, herbal, floral, lemongrass and salty mineral notes. Lightly chill so you can experience all of the nuances while you sip this fine wine.

This wine is a near perfect intersection of a restrained Sancerre and a boldly generous NZ Sauvignon Blanc. Medium lemon in color with grapefruit, green apple and grassy notes front and center. If this is representative of single vineyard NZ SBs I will definitely revisit this category in the future.

Vibrant aromas of passionfruit, citrus, fresh herbs, and hint of green pepper - classic New Zealand Sauvignon Blanc. The palate is textured and lively, with a rounded acidity balancing ripe fruit flavors. Crisp and utterly refreshing.

Pale yellow in color. Acidity is not biting and love the fresh grapefruit.
