Austere with the mineral taking center stage with only hints of fruit. Nice, but was lacking a bit in the mid-palate.

Pale chrysanthemum color with nice lemon and tropical citrus on the nose. Medium-bodied together with sour pickled guava and peach on the palate followed by medium spicy length at the end.
