Feb 8th, 2014Opened for a recipe then had with the dish. Skillet roasted cauliflower and sausage rigatoni. Thought the bottle was flat and offered nothing after a dry grapefruit start. But when paired with this dish of pasta, sausage,parsley, cauliflower, carrot and garlic, it was amazing. The perfect compliment. A case of food making the wine. Of course it’s from Monterey County.
