Grown in a concha, “ sun basket” amongst cacti, figs, etc. high up in Piedmonte.
Varieties: Avana 30%, Chatus 20%, Bequet20%, Avarengo 15%, and Barbera 15%. Harvested by funicular. Raised in SS for two years.
N: Dirt in the best way,loam, Cherries, tobacco.
P: Tobacco, Cherries, tarry, tannins that run down the middle of your tongue.
