Clean, clear pale yellow. Aromas of sweet fruit with floral notes. Palate shows peachy fruit flavor and crisp sour apples. An herbal finish ended about medium. Not overly complex.

Strong minerality with background of citrus and slight hint of tropical fruit. Very balanced.

Working on comparing Sauvignon Blanc across regions. I tend to be quite biased towards NZ SBs, but I'm quite fond of this. It's crisp with peach notes and a good bite like I like from my SBs. I would probably buy again.
