Strong minerality on the palete and finish. Not getting the fruit notes I expected. Clean and crisp, but not as tart or fruity.

What does a perfect Sav Blanc taste like? This - soft, fruitful and delicate all at once. Evident from the first sip to the last. Green apple, chard-like vanilla notes at the finish and a tapered finish that spells enjoyment.
