2012, Rossendale Wines, Cottesbrook Canterbury Pinot Noir. Excellent NZ Pinot. Nose was very burgundy like: a little barnyard funk and lots of spice. Not much fruit, a little red berry. Had some baking spice notes but I don't think it saw any oak. Very similar to a Cru Beaujolais.
