Magnum, by-the-glass. Inky. Warm, Rich, black cherry compote, mineral, dried herbs. At the edge of ripeness.

Rich red overripe cherries, slight blackberry with dried herbs, baked quality. Black tea, anise, sweet brown spices with alcohol and tannin...well balanced...and delicious..I should drink more priorat..

It’s been a while since I’ve pounded a Priorat and Pissarres delivered — the right balance of raspberry, blueberry and black slate. Pure, intense fruit and earth unadulterated by new oak. Great pairing with Gochujang (other favorite pairings include Pinot Gris Ramato or Bedrock Evanghelo Zin).
