Plum notes hit a lower chord, & find this charming, in that Savio Soares kinda way (unique). Amphorae matured
Feb 6th, 2018Im not sure why Delectable "corrected" ( after my request) this to a Trepat/pinot Noir blend-seems to be 100% trepat. And what a 'trepat' it was! Typically a Cava blending grape. Small boned, but w vital red & black fruits, fresh cut flowers nose-as if a Ribera Sacra met a potent, gang of four cru beaujo (Moulins A Vent? Minus the cherries). If I read properly gets amphorae & barrel. Layered and alluring. Has the delish factor--& less than 20$. Absolutely worth revisiting.

100% Trepat 100% delicious. Rustic, leafy, pure fruit and funky nose both getting along.
